I was looking to get something bigger then a sedan. My eyes were set on the new Mazda cx5 but my dad recommended the new crosstrek. I emailed Dave as I do not have time to shop around with work during the weekdays and side job during the weekend. I wanted to be able to come in and just buy the car. Dave was an excellent person for the job didnt try to sweat us for anything wonderful salesman did the best he could the whole time. We were very happy with him and I with the new crosstrek. I couldnt be more happy with my new car and the transaction that went on the Subaru staff was really nice and thats the main reason why i shopped with you guys rather then Subaru pacific.

I communicated with David via the internet for about three weeks before I came in. I had built my own Subaru online and knew exactly what I wanted. David was super friendly and professional. Brought my car in for a 40,000 mile service. It was discovered that I needed back brakes too.

Our 2009 Jetta SE was in need of a new front axle boot. Eddie called to have the work authorized by the extended warranty company. A loaner car was provided also and the work was taken care of on time with just the deductable to take care of. Our Jetta was washed and ready on time. It is good to know that Timmons Volkswagen is there to take care of the maintenance needs on all four of our Volkswagens. The Capon Family
