Mike was very helpful. I could not get the key out of the ignition, no could I even turn off the motor. The work was done even faster than was expected, and everything seems fine now. I had just bought the car from Community VW in Santa Maria, sorry it was not from you. But finding a 2010 Jetta TDI in white, with black interior and manual was very difficult. Been looking for one for months. They had done a CPO on the car, but on the way home to Long Beach, I stopped and could not turn off the motor. Drove straight to Timmons, where we had purchased 2 other cars, and Mike took care of us. Thank you, Greg Wood
