I spoke with internet manager for a new 2013 outback 2.5l cvt. Negotiated the price in emails and walked in to the dealership. the sales person with extremly helpful and humorous. the dealership didn't have the color I wanted, so they traded a vehicle from another dealer and made sure I get what i like. I also learned about other options like leasing, various warranty information, but was never pushed into buying anything. finance guys were fun to work with too. i will definitely refer timmons dealership to my friends and colleagues. wonderful experience!!
